At our purse boutique, we offer free shipping on all orders. Our shipping times are 10-12 business days from the date of purchase. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Casa Royale, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you can return it within 5 days of receiving the product. We offer an exchange or refund for the purchase price of the item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
